We carefully select applicants who we feel would fit best within our vibrant and expanding team of assistants.

  • A potential Office 24 assistant must have a polite phone manner and must have previous experience working with inbound telephone calls. Previous secretarial experience is essential.
     
  • The applicant must be able to work independently and within a dedicated team. Every applicant must be computer literate and must have experience of working with Microsoft Office.
     
  • The applicant must be a conscientious worker who is task driven and capable of working diligently on assigned projects.
     


Office 24 only employs assistants on a full time basis. We maintain a low staff turnover by insuring a strict recruitment policy and by providing full onsite training for our staff. We look forward to hearing from applicants.
